This beautiful beach home has relaxation, comfort, and fun awaiting you and your family. This two story home has 3 bedrooms (King, King, King) with 3 full baths. There is also a loft/living room upstairs with a sofa, a full size futon, and bunk beds (full on the bottom and twin on the top bunk.) There is another living room downstairs with a dining area. This home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. The kitchen is stocked with every amenity. The laundry room off the kitchen has a full size washer and dryer. The layout is spacious with bathrooms off every bedroom. Each bedroom, den, and loft is equipped with a large flat screen television and DVD player. The upstairs living area has an X-Box 360 with plenty of games along with a variety of board games for inside play. WiFi is included.
The outside private patio has a table to sit and unwind or enjoy dinner after cooking on the private propane grill. Feel free to use any of the pool toys located in the storage container on the back patio or beach towels in the laundry room. An outside shower is also located on the patio for your convenience.
The community pool, hot tub, gym, steam room, and sauna are just steps away from the private back patio and just through the pool area, steps away is the beautiful private beach of Banana Bay on the Intracoastal Waterway. All the amenities are quiet and clean and perfect for families or a couple looking for a romantic get away.
There is literally something for all ages within driving distance. Dozens of restaurants, a golf course across the street, parks, biking/ hiking. And for those days when you want to just relax, this home is just what you need.
